ARC Investment Partners, LLC is a private equity firm specializing in growth capital and shareholder liquidity investments. ARC Investment Partners does not focus on any particular industry however prefers to invest in alternative energy, technology and internet, traditional energy, consumer products and retail, financial services, and life sciences and biotech. It invests in both entrepreneur and private equity owned businesses. ARC Investment Partners is focused on investments in Tier II and Tier III regions of China. The company makes these investments through ARC China. 

ARC China is a wholly owned foreign enterprise focusing on investment in China's developing Tier II and III cities. To find these investments, ARC has a permanent team on the ground in China actively seeking investments in a range of industries and locations.

ARC China’s investments focus on domestic consumption-oriented China businesses in sectors including: (i) renewable energy / sustainability (including, but not limited to ethanol, biodiesel, biomass, geothermal, waste-to-energy and energy efficiency); (ii) consumer-oriented sectors (including consumer products, consumer retail, media and advertising), (iii) consumer & business services, (iv) healthcare industry businesses (including products and services) and (iv) domestic infrastructure (including education, natural resources, waste-water treatment and crop development). The Company is regionally agnostic on its investments throughout China, but focuses largely on China’s Tier II and Tier III regions. In China, only Beijing and Shanghai are considered tier cities.

ARC China will partner with the Westly Group, one of America's leading clean technology venture capital firms, to promote the growth of China's burgeoning green technology market. The Westly Group is led by former California State Controller (Chief Financial Officer) and eBay executive Steve Westly, along with 30-year investment banking and venture capital veteran Mike Dorsey.

ARC China has offices in Shanghai, Chengdu, Xiamen, Danyang, Dalian, and Shenzhen.
